I’ve always believed the best legal work doesn’t seek to win at the expense of others — it seeks to build durable, fair, and peaceful outcomes. As the Qur’an says, “Do not dispute with one another, lest you falter and your strength departs” (8:46), and as the Bible reminds us, “If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all” (Romans 12:18).
At Fractals Legal Consultancy, I carry these values at heart. I don’t view disputes as trophies; I see them as risks to be resolved wisely. My aim is always the same: balance, dignity, and justice for everyone who reaches out to us — whether to negotiate high-value transactions or to seek proper guidance through complex decisions.
One of my main beliefs is evolution. That’s why I launched Fractals AI Solutions, a legal innovation platform developed to democratize access to high-quality legal insights across the UAE. It reflects my belief that legal excellence should serve not just clients, but the broader public interest — as a way of giving back to Dubai, to the legal profession, and to the public at large.
Through this platform, I aim to leverage artificial intelligence to analyze the most effective legal arguments and judicial reasoning presented before the UAE courts. My goal is to support legal consultants, clients, and even litigants-in-person by making high-quality legal insights more accessible and actionable. Excellence in legal delivery should be the norm, not the exception — because everyone deserves access to legal knowledge of the highest caliber, regardless of background or budget. That is my commitment — rooted in justice and guided by duty.
Professional Background
I am an accomplished legal consultant with a unique blend of expertise in real estate, corporate, and commercial law, coupled with a deep understanding of emerging technologies. I advise high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and leading real estate and hospitality groups in the UAE.
At Meraas Group, I served as Legal Manager, where I led corporate structuring initiatives for over 300 affiliated entities. My work spans high-value transactions including joint ventures and group reorganizations. I am highly skilled in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts across sectors.
I began my legal career while still pursuing my LLB., working as a paralegal at Al Tamimi & Company, where I specialized in healthcare and compliance law. In that role, I supported the Head of Department in advising governmental authorities and healthcare organizations on regulatory and corporate matters across the GCC.
